Mike and Vanessa are both Air Force Academy graduates joining forces to battle Vanessa's Hodgkin's Lymphoma since May of 2009.
Mike, now an officer in the Air Force, finds himself overseas for extended periods of time and Vanessa's full time job is battling cancer out of their home in Wisonsin.
